OK, maybe not entirely. As of this writing, I'm a 31 year old North American male, consisting of roughly equal parts Filipino, Hungarian, Irish, and German, all diluted by at least one generation.
Currently, I'm working as a Product Designer, which basically means I'm an engineer with an artist's touch. I've broken away from the pager-caste, have yet to be absorbed by the Blackberry one, but consider my cell-phone an appendage. I have somehow luckily been able to avoid subsisting on lattes; but I expect my tan chinos to be arriving any day now...
Luckily, though, I escaped the Silicon Valey and moved back down to SoCal; where I live in LA, a mere 15 minutes walk from the beach.
I have an irrational body image and low self-esteem. I am told this is bullshit as I'm an arrogant bastard.
My greatest dream as a younger me was to be a pilot, but it is now to be an artist. I'd like to achieve that revised dream in a roundabout way by becoming a successful design engineer first. I have yet to fully succeed at either; but, am enjoying the possibility...
