I’ve posted this before, but I was playing with it last night, so I think it bears repeating. It’s Silophone, a decomissioned grain silo in Montreal turned musical instrument. It’s basically a web-accessible sound system hung in the silo that plays either anything you upload, or, any of the clips already uploaded to their extensive library. One of the coolest things is hearing other people’s contributions as you wait to hear yours on the live feed. Plus, the acoustics are amazing and hearing Homer Simpson’s voice reverbarate forever in 32-dohs was a transcendent experience.
